Chief Financial Officer

Cristina is the Chief Financial Officer of Interdiligence, an expert in performance management, financial analysis and forecast, strategic profit growth, cash management and  data analysis & visualization.

Prior to joining Interdiligence,  Cristina  was a Senior Manager of Commercial Finance for Central European Media Enterprises Group/Pro TV, an international media group, where she was responsible for: 

  • financial strategy planning and budgeting;
  • identifying and addressing business issues, potential risks and profit opportunities; 
  • creating and implementing company-wide digital KPI reporting; 
  • improving cost control by leading integration of budgeting and forecasting within MDM and Axapta financial software. 

Cristina also held roles in strategic planning, audits, financial analysis and reporting at Ernst & Young and KPMG, serving clients in various industries, including, but not limited to, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, retail & mobility and food & beverage.

Cristina earned a B.S. in Finance, Insurance, Banking & Stock Exchange and a Masters in Banking and Assurance Services from the Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest. 

She is a Chartered Certified Accountant by ACCA, London, UK.
