Community Mapping

Topic:  Interdiligence believed that a demographic analysis of the various communities in Romania could be useful to our present and future Clients.  We believed that a demographic and economic assessment could help future businesses, entities, and individuals in areas of: private security, construction, government, NGO’s, displaced peoples/refugees, and sales.

Process: Interdiligence used a two prong approach to obtain the necessary data.  Our operational team worked on the ground with local sources while our analytical team gathered necessary data from data-bases and OSINT through their state of the art software.

Interdiligence compiled all of the businesses, addresses, religious organizations, community leaders (recognized and unrecognized), NGO’s, government associates, and agencies related with the various communities.  The data was compressed into our in-house software and sanitized, allowing us to provide only the most accurate information.  The Interdiligence team then produced relational charts, geo-political mapping, and individual biographies of all the key people and organizations.

The HUMINT provided us with on the ground data that couldn’t be obtained digitally.  Through interview, surveillance, and documentation the operational team was able to validate and provide new data to the information that had already been assembled.  New names and faces were added into the relational database.  Locations and gathering points were mapped and financially checked to discover third party involvement.  A clear picture of the communities in Romania was finalized.
