As the CEO and co-founder of Interdiligence Marius Ghiba leads the firm’s development, staff mentoring and innovation strategies for business solutions.
For more than two decades Marius gained investigative and leadership experience whilst serving in various roles, in the Romanian and US Government, including the State Department and US Secret Service in the Middle East, Africa, US and Europe. His expertise has also been enriched with operational experience in private industries while serving in security leadership roles for US based international corporations like Chevron and Hunt Oil.
In 2014 he established Interdiligence, where he employs former intelligence and law enforcement officials, journalist, engineers and academics who use sophisticated fact-finding and analysis techniques/technology to successfully address the need of decision makers for accurate information.
Marius serves as a trusted advisor and problem solver to business owners, boards of directors and executives, working with them to mitigate risk at various levels. He advises clients on risk management and business development strategies as they pursue strategic investments, including cross-border acquisitions and multinational investment.
Marius received a BA in Law and Military Science from the Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy in Bucharest. He also attended and graduated multiple training courses organized by the US State Department, US Department of Justice, FBI, DEA and by FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers) on various topics, including crisis negotiations, criminal profiling, financial forensics, electronic crime investigations and law enforcement organizations leadership.
